StageAtlas is a product of Traption Inc., a Florida corporation with its registered office at 360 Central Ave Ste 800, St Petersburg, FL 33701, USA (“Traption”, “StageAtlas”, “we”, “us”). Traption Inc. acts as the data controller for personal data we process about you.

Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics, and support tooling.
- Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor, for subscription management, payments, tax calculation, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting where reasonably required.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our or others’ rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Account data is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes; backups are rotated on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Subject to your local law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email hello@thestageatlas.com to exercise these rights and we will respond within a reasonable time (usually within one month).
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for our database, access controls, and least-privilege service accounts.
International transfers
StageAtlas operates from the United States and uses providers in the US, UK, and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) and Stripe’s own international transfer mechanisms for payment data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how StageAtlas is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
