These terms govern your use of StageAtlas (the “Service”), a product operated by Traption Inc., a Florida corporation with its registered office at 360 Central Ave Ste 800, St Petersburg, FL 33701, USA (“Traption”, “StageAtlas”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
StageAtlas is an online venue and touring resource for live-event professionals. It provides searchable information about venues, hotels, tour stops, jobs, and crew, along with related tools (saved venues, tech-pack documents, tour planning).
2. Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind your organisation (where applicable). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, or scraping;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content;
- reverse engineer the Service or circumvent technical limitations.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, branding, documentation, and aggregated venue information, is owned by StageAtlas or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant StageAtlas a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
5. Service level
We work hard to keep StageAtlas available and accurate, but the Service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose).
6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on the cadence you choose (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageAtlas’s aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify StageAtlas against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. The state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
