StageAtlas is a product of Traption Inc. (a Florida corporation). We want you to be happy with your subscription.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with StageAtlas, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We also offer a 30-day free trial on every new subscription — you will not be charged during the trial.

How to request a refund

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at hello@thestageatlas.com from the address you purchased with and we’ll process it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account section of StageAtlas. After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
